Welcome to 2210 by NattyCanCook. We look forward to hosting you and creating a memorable dining experience. This page answers common questions asked by customers. Please take a moment to read through before getting in touch. 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are located in the green and leafy suburb of Herne Hill, South East London. Herne Hill train station is just a 3 minute walk away, with Brixton being the closest Underground station. Street parking is available in nearby residential roads.

HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS?

All reservations must be made via the “Book a Table” button on our website. Any changes, amendments or cancellations should be made through your OpenTable confirmation email or by calling us on 0203 713 5108. A £20 per person deposit is required to secure all bookings and will be deducted from your final bill.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK INS?

Yes, we accept walk ins subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking in advance.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED? 

We love dogs, however they are not permitted inside the restaurant.

​

DO YOU HAVE A PRIVATE DINING AREA? 

We do not have a private dining area and no longer accept bookings for parties larger than 8 guests. For private hire enquiries please email stephgump@nattycancook.com

WHAT TYPE OF CUISINE DO YOU SERVE? 

We serve Pan Caribbean cuisine inspired by multiple islands. Some dishes bring the heat and spice levels vary across the menu.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES?

Yes, we can accommodate most food allergies. Full allergen information is available online. Please note that we are unable to cater for onion, garlic or capsicum allergies.

IIS THERE A DRESS CODE? 

As Grace Dent once said, “It’s not just dinner, it’s an occasion.”

With this in mind, hats, caps, and durags are not permitted. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.

DO YOU SELL GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes, we offer both digital and physical gift vouchers. To purchase, please call 0203 713 5108.

DO YOU OFFER TAKEAWAY? 

Unfortunately, we are not licensed to offer takeaway orders at this one. 

 

CAN WE BRING CAKE, BALLOONS OR DECORATIONS FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION? 

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food, drinks or decorations including cakes, balloons or banners.

 

HOW LONG CAN WE STAY AT OUR TABLE? 

Table times depend on availability and whether there is a booking scheduled after yours. Generally, tables are allocated 2-3 with more flexibility on weekdays than weekends.–3 hours, with more flexibility on weekdays than weekends.
