Booking & Confirmation

Booking is only confirmed when:

 

• A deposit equal to 50% of the minimum spend has been received by the Venue; and Written confirmation has been issued by 2210.

• Provisional bookings will only be held at the Venue’s discretion and may be released if the deposit is not received promptly

Deposit, Minimum Spend & Payment

• A deposit of 50% of the total minimum spend is required to secure the booking

• The remaining balance is payable in full at the end of the meal on the day of the booking

• If the actual spend falls below the minimum spend, the Client will be charged the difference

• For operational reasons, 2210 may require a single payment for the final bill

• Deposits are deducted from the final bill

Menu, Pre Orders & Dietary Requirements

• For group bookings, 2210 may request that a set menu be chosen for the entire party

• Any required pre orders or menu selections must be finalised no later than 5 days prior to the booking date

• The Client must notify 2210 in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements

• While every effort will be made to accommodate these, the venue cannot guarantee an allergen free environment

Final Numbers​

• Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 48 hours prior to the booking

• Reductions in numbers after this point may not result in a reduction of the total bill and the minimum spend will still apply

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made with at least 5 days notice before the booking date will receive a full refund of the deposit 

• Cancellations made within 5 days of the booking date or no shows will result in the

• deposit being forfeited

• If the party fails to arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled time the table may be

• released and the deposit retained

​Arrival & Table Duration

• Tables are allocated for a maximum duration of 3 hours from the booked time

• Late arrival does not extend the table duration

• The Venue reserves the right to reallocate the table if the group arrives more than 30 minutes late without notice

Service Charge, VAT & Pricing

•  A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to the final bill

• Menu prices and service charges are subject to change; however, once confirmed in writing the agreed terms will apply to your booking
