PRIVATE VENUE HIRE

Thank you for considering 2210 by NattyCanCook for your private event. Our mission is to
bring together incredible food, culture and energy — the perfect setting for unforgettable
celebrations. Please review the details below regarding private hire options and terms.

Hire Rates & Minimum Spend

Monday – Thursday
• Minimum Spend: £4,000
• Deposit: £2,000
• Hire Time: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM


Friday – Saturday
• Minimum Spend: £8,000
• Deposit: £4,000
• Hire Time: 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM


Sunday
• Minimum Spend: £12,000
• Deposit: £6,000
• Hire Time: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM​

The minimum spend applies to food and drink only.
A 12.5% service charge will be added to all private hire bookings.

​

Licensing & Timings

Our venue is licensed until 12:00 AM (midnight).
If you’d like to extend your event beyond this time, a late licence can be applied for at an additional cost of £500, subject to local authority approval. Requests for late finishes must be made at least 6 weeks prior to the event date.​

Capacity

  • Seated dining: 70 guests (Comfortably)​

  • Standing/canapé style events: up to 160 guests


Food & Menu Options

  • A pre order is required for all food.

  • A bespoke menu can be created for an additional £30 per person.

  • For canapé and drinks style events, an additional £500 reconfiguration fee applies to cover the removal, storage and reset of tables and chairs.​

Additional Services (Optional Extras)

Enhance your event with our in house and partner services:

 

  • Social Media Videographer – capture professional, content ready moments.

  • DJ or Live Entertainment – curated sounds and vibes for your occasion.

  • In House Baker – bespoke cakes made to order.

  • Florist – event styling and floral installations available at an additional cost.

  • For wedding bookings, please contact our events manager directly for tailored packages.​

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits are required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations made 8 weeks or more before the event are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the event are non refundable.

  • Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event.

  • The minimum spend must be met — any shortfall will be added to the final bill.​

Security, Cleaning & Setup

  • A cleaning and breakdown fee of £150 applies to all full venue hires.

  • For events with over 50 guests, one licensed security staff member is required — arranged by 2210 at £150 per guard. ​

  • Early access for setup can be arranged at £100 per hour, subject to availability.

Damage, Conduct & Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for any damage to the venue, furnishings or equipment during the hire period within 5 working days after inspection

  •  A £500 refundable damage deposit is required for all private hires and will be returned

  • 2210 reserves the right to refuse service or end the event early if behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or in breach of venue policy.

External Vendors & Setup

  • Any external suppliers (decorators, florists, videographers) must be approved by management and provide liability insurance.

  • Access times for setup and breakdown must be agreed prior to the event.

Last Orders & Closing

  • Last orders will be called 30 minutes before closing time.

  • Music and service end promptly at 12:00 AM (or later if a late licence is approved).

Photography & Marketing
2210 by NattyCanCook may capture photos or videos during private events for social media and marketing purposes. If you or your guests prefer not to be filmed, please inform the management team in advance.
